Kate Bond

Kate Bond has a diverse work history, starting as a teacher in the Los Angeles Unified School District from 1998 to 2003. Kate then transitioned to a realtor role at RE/MAX Execs from 2001 to 2013, where they developed a successful referral-based business and established a low-vacancy property management business. Following that, Kate served as the National Director of Leasing at Invitation Homes/Waypoint Homes from 2013 to 2018, where they built a centralized leasing team and implemented policies and training materials. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as the Senior Director of Leasing, Screening, and Marketing at Mynd Property Management, partnering with regional property management teams and improving profitability and customer experience. In 2020, Kate became the Marketing and Leasing Director at Mosser Companies, Inc. before joining Conrex in 2021 as the Vice President of Leasing and Marketing.

Kate Bond's education history begins in 1995 when they attended Humboldt State University. Kate studied psychology and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1997. Following this, Kate pursued a teaching career and between 1997 and 1998, they completed the District Intern Program under the Los Angeles Unified School District to obtain a Teaching Credential. In the year 2000, Kate enrolled at Anthony Schools to acquire a Real Estate License, which they completed in 2001.
