Kelly Ziegler

Kelly Ziegler is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and business development. Currently serving as the Vice President of Scattered Site Property Management at Maymont Homes since April 2024, Ziegler has held various leadership positions including Regional Vice President, Regional Director, and Portfolio Operations Director at Progress Residential® from August 2018 to April 2024. Additional experience includes roles such as Business Development Manager at Spangler Restoration and Regional Property Manager at Pegasus Residential, Drucker & Falk, LLC, and Colonial Properties Trust. Ziegler also founded and instructed at OH Yoga and has held the General Manager position at Equity Residential. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies from Eastern Kentucky University, a North Carolina Real Estate Broker certification, and a 250-Hour Yoga Instructor Certification.
