Kyle Phillip

Kyle Phillip is an experienced professional with a background in management and operations in the student housing sector. As the Market Operations Manager at Maymont Homes since June 2020, Kyle oversees various operational aspects of the company. Previously, Kyle served as General Manager at American Campus Communities, where responsibilities included managing an $18M student apartment community in Austin, with a focus on payroll, personnel management, and contract negotiations that resulted in significant cost savings. Additional experience includes roles as Assistant Manager and Community Assistant at American Campus Communities, as well as internships in physical therapy and service industry roles. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
