Eli Ratzlaff

Eli Ratzlaff is an experienced professional with a background in donor stewardship, fundraising, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Donor Stewardship Manager at Maymont, Ratzlaff develops and implements stewardship strategies, manages donor interactions, and collaborates on events and communications to enhance donor relationships. Previously, Ratzlaff worked as the Director of Advancement at The Front Porch C-ville, where responsibilities included fundraising, grant writing, and marketing outreach. Additional experience includes roles at AmeriCorps and the International Rescue Committee, focusing on job placement and immigration assistance for refugees.
