Andy's experiences in transactional, financial, and regulatory matters includes General Counsel Services, legal and strategic business advice including Strategic Planning and Communications, Target Acquisition, Executive Hiring, and Incentive Plans, Contracts and Compliance Counsel, FAR Counsel, Bid Protests, Claims, Joint Venture Arrangements, Teaming Arrangements, Strategic Entity Formation, Negotiated Government IP Rights, Security Compliance, SBA Rules, and FAA Rules, Transaction/Finance Counsel – Mergers & Acquisitions, ESOP Financing, Bank/Borrower Counsel in Government Contractor Lending Transactions, State and Local Abatements, Economic Incentives, Bond/Issuer Counsel in Public Finance Transactions, USDA and SBA guaranteed loans.

Prior to joining Maynard, Andy served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable C. Lynwood Smith, Jr., United States District Court, Northern District of Alabama from 1995-1996.
