Camille Partee

Camille Partee has extensive experience in product management, working with healthcare organizations. Camille is currently serving as the Principal Product Manager at Mayo Clinic Rochester since June 2021.

Prior to their current role, Camille worked at Kaiser Permanente for over 15 years. Camille held the position of Senior Product Manager, leading a team of 13 business analysts and overseeing product vision decomposition, requirements discovery, and agile product ownership for multiple concurrent projects. During their time at Kaiser Permanente, Camille also served as a Product Manager/Agile Product Owner, managing the development and launch of digital products, including automated medical record request and delivery solutions that reduced operational processing time and costs. Additionally, they played a key role in launching messaging products that improved customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Camille Partee has an educational background that includes an M.S. in Management with a focus on Human Resources from Golden Gate University, completed between 1998 and 2000. Camille also holds a B.A. in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley, which they obtained from 1989 to 1994. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications related to agile methodologies, including Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from the Scrum Alliance in 2021, Certified Agile Leadership I from the Scrum Alliance in 2019, and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance in December 2010.
