Jon Janet

Jon Janet has extensive experience in IT and business management, currently serving as a Senior IT Application Analyst at Mayo Clinic Rochester since 1998. In this role, Jon provides IT support for both vended and custom applications, applying root-cause analysis to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction. Jon also holds the position of Owner at The Great Soap Company, overseeing various aspects of the business including bookkeeping, account management, inventory, marketing, sales, and product development. Jon earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a concentration in Software Systems Engineering from Colorado Technical University and an Associate of Science in Business from Cardinal Stritch University.
