Sebastian Fuhrer

Sebastian Fuhrer has extensive work experience in content engineering and operations. Sebastian started their career at IBM in 2000, where they held the roles of advisory software engineer, information architect, and technical writer until 2020. At IBM, they focused on software engineering and content management. In 2020, Sebastian joined Mayo Clinic Rochester as the Director of Content Engineering & Operations. In this role, they are responsible for the strategic and tactical direction of enterprise content models, content structure design, and overseeing content engineering and operations. Sebastian is dedicated to supporting the enterprise content strategy, management, and distribution at Mayo Clinic Rochester.

Sebastian Fuhrer obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from New Mexico State University in 1999. Sebastian then pursued a Master of Arts degree in English with an emphasis in Rhetoric and Professional Communication from the same university, completing it between 1999 and 2001.
