Julie Graves has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Julie started their career as a Professional Sales Representative at The Upjohn Company in 1988, where they sold pharmaceutical products. Julie then joined Ortho Women's Healthcare - Johnson & Johnson as an Institutional Sales Representative, covering major hospitals in Cincinnati. After completing a Management Training Program, they were promoted to the Neuroscience Sales Force.

In 1996, Julie transitioned to OrthoMcNeil Neurologics - Johnson & Johnson, where they served as a Professional Sales Representative and successfully launched the product Topamax in the field of neurology. Julie'sefforts led to the creation of market demand for the new product and they exceeded sales goals. Julie was then promoted to District Sales Manager, where they built a high-performing team and consistently exceeded sales goals.

Julie's next career move was to Safilo, where they sold designer eyewear to key accounts in Indiana. Julie then joined Luxottica Wholesale as a District Sales Manager, where they implemented a new marketing concept and managed a team of sales representatives.

In 2012, Julie joined Biogen Idec as an Area Business Manager, responsible for marketing bio-engineered pharmaceutical products to the Neurology Specialty for Multiple Sclerosis in Central Indiana. Julie managed key healthcare providers and achieved sales objectives by coordinating efforts with a comprehensive team.

Julie joined Mayo Medical Laboratories in 2014 as a Regional Director of Sales. In this role, they generated new business revenue, established and retained long-term business relationships, and developed specific regional strategies. Julie managed a team, ensured account retention and growth, and promoted Mayo Clinic core values.

In 2019, Julie joined Mayo Clinic Laboratories as the US Divisional Director of Sales & Services. Currently, they are responsible for overseeing sales and services for the division.

Most recently, in 2020, they joined Mayo Collaborative Services as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Lead.

Throughout their career, Julie has consistently exceeded sales goals, built strong relationships, and demonstrated leadership abilities.

Julie Graves holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Indiana University Bloomington. Julie also has a Masters of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Indiana Wesleyan University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education and as an EverybodyIN Champion from Mayo Clinic.
