Jose Rico

Jose Rico, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Informatics Analyst at Mayo Clinic Platform, focusing on enhancing healthcare outcomes through data management and analytics. In addition, Jose is an Assistant Professor of Health Care Administration at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science and a volunteer Business Mentor with SCORE Mentors, providing guidance to entrepreneurs. With extensive experience in research and clinical trial management at Mayo Clinic, including roles as a Senior Research Protocol Specialist and Clinical Research Coordinator, Jose combines business acumen with a comprehensive understanding of public health. Actively involved in the American College of Healthcare Executives, Jose has also held leadership positions, including President of the Board of Directors for Africa Strong Inc. Education includes an MBA from Hamline University, ongoing MPH studies at the University of Miami, a BA in Legal Studies, and a forthcoming Certificate in Medical Informatics from Boston University.
