Ben Charboneau is a seasoned Sr. Technical Program and Project Leader with over 14 years of technical project leadership and more than 20 years in the tech industry. Ben has held various roles, including Agile Coach at Excella Consulting, where they led agile transformations and coached teams across programs, and as a Technical Delivery Lead at Hobsons, overseeing multiple concurrent projects. Most recently, Ben served as a Manager, Agile Delivery Lead at Capital One, where they enhanced team maturity and delivery performance for critical cybersecurity initiatives. Currently, Ben is pursuing a degree at the University of Minnesota while also studying at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
