Davide Sottara

Davide Sottara is a Principal Knowledge Engineer at Mayo Clinic since February 2019, with a diverse background in academia and software development. Previous experience includes serving as an Assistant Professor at Arizona State University, a Community Developer and Lead for Drools Chance at JBoss Community, and a Post-Doc Affiliate at the University of Bologna, contributing to the DEPICT project. Davide also worked as an IT Consultant Freelancer, a Contractor on the KMR-2 Project at SOADEX, and held various consulting roles, including private consultancy at SPES and an internship at ENEA. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and multiple degrees in Computer Science Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
