Dylan Kosaski, Pharm.D., MBA, DPLA, is currently the Senior Pharmacy Manager for Quality and Hospital Affordability at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, where they focus on leveraging data to enhance pharmacy performance and patient care. Having completed a dual PGY-1/PGY-2 Health System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership Residency at Mayo Clinic, they also earned an MBA in Healthcare Informatics. Previously, Dylan gained experience as a Pharmacist and a Pharmacy Associate at Rite Aid Pharmacy. They are also the owner of Kosaski Coaching, LLC, dedicated to helping individuals reclaim their financial freedom. Dylan holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from Ferris State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry from Saginaw Valley State University.
