Gabe Zepeda

Gabe Zepeda is a seasoned UI Designer currently employed at Mayo Clinic, with a focus on design systems since April 2023, while also serving as a mentor at Designlab since December 2022. Previously, Gabe held the position of Senior Product Designer at Banner Health from June 2021 to March 2023, leading the design of digital products and mentoring fellow designers. Gabe's experience includes consulting as a Product Designer at Tallwave, contributing to UX design and research, and working as a UX Designer & Researcher at Cast & Hue, where key responsibilities involved ethnography and iterative design. Early career roles included strategic project management at Sitewire and account management at Skyhook Interactive, alongside financial roles at CBRE and Arizona State University. Gabe obtained a UI/UX Design Certification from Designlab and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arizona State University.
