Jennifer McFadden

Jennifer McFadden, RN-BSN, currently serves as the Registered Nurse Team Lead in the Division of Nephrology and Hypertension at Mayo Clinic since October 2017, after previously working as a Registered Nurse in the same division. Jennifer also operates as a Level III Executive Consultant for Rodan and Fields Dermatologists, focusing on innovative skin treatment solutions. Prior to these roles, Jennifer gained experience at Surgical Care Affiliates as an RN in preoperative, PACU, and endoscopy care, and at Fresenius Medical Care providing peritoneal dialysis home therapy. Early nursing experience includes positions in neonatal intensive care at Southern Hills Hospital and St. John Hospital and Medical Center. Additionally, Jennifer held managerial roles at Windsor Fashions before transitioning into healthcare. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing at Western Governors University, Jennifer previously earned an RN degree from Baker College and a degree from Oakland University.
