Kent R. Thielen

Kent R. Thielen is the CEO of Florida at Mayo Clinic. Kent has previously worked as the CEO of Clinical Anatomy and as the editor-in-chief of the American Journal of Neuroradiology. Kent is a medical doctor and received their training at Mayo Clinic.

Dr. Kent R. Thielen graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physics from South Dakota State University. Kent then attended the University of Minnesota Medical School, where they earned their Doctor of Medicine. Following medical school, they completed a Diagnostic Radiology Residency Program at Mayo Clinic School of Medicine. Kent is currently a practicing Diagnostic Neuroradiologist and Interventional Neuroradiologist at Mayo Clinic School of Medicine, and is certified by the American Board of Radiology in both Diagnostic Radiology and Neuroradiology.
