Laura Charbonneau

Laura Charbonneau is an accomplished fundraising professional with extensive experience in philanthropic leadership and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as Development Programs Director for Principal and International Gifts at Mayo Clinic since October 2022, Laura oversees vital initiatives in both international and domestic giving. Prior roles include Vice President at Beaumont Health Foundation, where important partnerships with corporate and foundation donors were established, contributing significantly to annual fundraising goals. Throughout a career that spans over three decades, Laura has held various positions, including Senior Director of Major Gifts at the American Heart Association and Development Officer at Ascension, building successful fundraising programs and securing substantial donations. Laura holds a BA in English from Hamilton College and completed the Leadership Detroit program.
