Mark Matthias

Mark Matthias has extensive experience in healthcare finance, currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer of the Mayo Clinic Community Accountable Care Organization since October 1993, overseeing the MSSP Basic Track ACO that serves 60,000 lives. Throughout a distinguished career at Mayo Clinic, Mark has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Revenue Strategy Initiatives, Vice-Chair of Diversified Finance, and CFO positions for various entities, such as Health Tradition Health Plan and Mayo Clinic Health Solutions. Prior professional experience includes serving as Finance Director at Employee Benefit Plans, Inc., and Audit Manager at Touche Ross. Mark holds a Master’s of Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Concordia College.
