Timothy Fleming is a Lead Digital Product Designer specializing in Data and AI/ML at Mayo Clinic since January 2022. With a robust background in user experience design, Timothy previously held the position of User Experience Lead at Willis Towers Watson, where significant achievements included mentoring a team of six designers and enhancing user experience across multiple product lines. Timothy's career also includes roles as a User Experience Researcher at inContact and a UX Interaction Designer at LANDesk Software, where proficiency in user research methodologies and design practices was demonstrated. Holding an M.S. in User Experience Design from Kent State University and various certifications from CooperU, Timothy possesses a strong educational foundation in user experience and interaction design.
