Tomas Leng

Tomas Leng is a dedicated researcher and resident physician specializing in pediatrics, currently working at the Mayo Clinic in the Department of Pediatric Emergency Medicine since June 2022. Previously, Tomas served as a Research Scholar at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, managing clinical trials for solid and liquid tumors, and contributed to various research efforts focusing on leukemia therapies and COVID-19 clinical syndromes. Tomas has experience as a research assistant in several prestigious institutions, including Comenius University and Florida International University, where Tomas engaged in both laboratory research and clinical electives. Tomas holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Comenius University and furthered medical education at Universitat de Barcelona. In addition to scientific work, Tomas demonstrated leadership and community engagement by successfully fundraising for children's health initiatives.
