Melissa Montuori is currently a Box Office Associate at Mayo Performing Arts Center. Prior to their current position, they held various marketing and sales positions at the New York Jets, Nickelodeon, NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises, and NMA Entertainment & Marketing.

Melissa has always had a passion for the arts and entertainment industry. Melissa started their career in 1997 as a Marketing Director at NBC TELEMUNDO. There, they developed original promotions for clients including Univision/Galavision, WE: Women’s Entertainment, PokerRoom.com, Theirtory Channel en Español, and Comcast Spotlight. In 2004, they transitioned to NMA Entertainment & Marketing as a Senior Account Director where they continued to produce creative and successful marketing campaigns.

In 2006, Melissa made the move to Nickelodeon where they became the Director of Integrated Marketing. In this role, they led a team of marketers in executing network and advertiser promotions for all Nickelodeon brands. Melissa also managed a $4 million budget and served as a brand advocate and sales partner lead. After eight years with Nickelodeon, Melissa moved on to the New York Jets where they served as the Director of Sales Communication from 2014 to 2019. During their time with the Jets, Melissa led the communications strategy and sales enablement for the Corporate Partnerships team. Melissa also held a unique role among NFL Clubs as brand advocate and marketing voice within the sales team.

Most recently, Melissa has taken on the role of Box Office Associate at Mayo Performing Arts Center. In this position, they are responsible for processing ticket orders, providing customer service, and promoting events happening at the center. Melissa is passionate about their work and is excited to continue their career in the arts and entertainment industry.

Melissa Montuori has a Bachelor of Science in Radio, Television and Film from Northwestern University, a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Seton Hall University, and a Digital Analytics and Conversion Professional degree in Digital Marketing and Analytics from Rutgers University. Melissa also has a Certificate in Advanced Social Media Marketing from Seton Hall University, as well as Intermediate and Advanced Spanish Language certification from The Spanish Institute. In addition, they have a Content Strategy for Professionals in Organizations Specialization from Northwestern University, a Finance Certification from NBCUniversal, a Pharma Certification from NBCUniversal, and a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from GE.

They work with Jen Clarke - Assistant Box Office Manager, Sammie Resnick - Box Office Associate, and Marlene Rabiner - Box Office Associate. Melissa Montuori reports to Cheryl Yosh, Box Office Manager.
