Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Mayora Infotech since December 2018, Swatika has previously worked as a Human Resources Executive at GM Metals Pvt Ltd from April 2017 to November 2018, focusing on recruitment and the onboarding process for new employees. Swatika holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Saurashtra University, completed in 2016, and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Gujarat Technological University, achieved in 2013.
