Corey Anderson

Corey Anderson currently serves as the Director of Technology for Maypearl Independent School District since May 2025, following a role as System Administrator at ESC Region 11 from January 2024 to May 2025, where responsibilities included supporting districts in accessing services through the Texas K-12 Cybersecurity Initiative. Prior experience includes various counseling positions at Palmer ISD, Ridgeline High School, Central Valley High School, Cheney High School, and Moses Lake High School, as well as serving as a Counselor and Website Administrator at Whitworth University. Corey has also contributed as an Adjunct Professor at Whitworth University, teaching courses related to School Counseling and Educational Leadership. Educational qualifications comprise a Bachelor of Science in Cyber Security and Information Assurance from Western Governors University, a Master of Education in School Counseling from Seattle Pacific University, and a Bachelor of Arts in History Education from Whitworth University. Additional involvement includes acting as Technology Committee Chair for the Washington School Counselor Association.
