Ali DERDİMAN has accumulated extensive experience in quality management within the automotive sector, currently serving as Proses Kalite Süpervizörü at Maysan Mando since February 2010, having previously held roles including Proses Kalite Uzmanı, Kalite Teknisyeni, Kalite Takım Lideri, and Montaj Kalite Operatörü. Prior experience includes positions at SEGE Taşıt Koltukları & Otomotiv SAN ve TIC. A.Ş., where Ali worked as Giriş Kalite Sorumlusu and Montaj Kalite Uzmanı, and at Franz Kiel GmbH and Vibracoustic as Proses Kalite Operatörü. Educational qualifications include an ongoing Önlisans degree in Kontrol ve otomasyon teknolojisi from Kırıkkale Üniversitesi, a Lisans Derecesi in İşletme from Anadolu University, and a Yüksek Okul degree in Gıda Teknolojisi ve İşleme from Uludag University. Ali also completed a Lise degree at Rahmi Kula Anadolu Lisesi.
