Concurrently, from July 2009, Charlie serves as a CAD/CAM Programmer at Maysteel, focusing on program management and standardization for turret setups. Previous roles include Operations Manager at CMS Tool & Die, where responsibilities included quality control and scheduling, and Programmer at Cardinal Metal Works, managing 2nd shift programming for Virtek and various laser and turret punch machines.
