Ingrid Yin

Ingrid Yin is the Managing Partner and Portfolio Manager at MayTech Global Investments. Ingrid has over 15 years of experience in the investment industry.

Ingrid started their career as a Sr. Research Scientist at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Ingrid then transitioned to the financial industry, working as an equity analyst intern at Sirios Capital Management. Ingrid later held positions as an Asian Equity Analyst at Wellington Management and Senior VP and Senior Research Analyst at Brean Capital. Most recently, they were a Managing Director and Senior Research Analyst at Oppenheimer & Co.

Throughout their career, Ingrid has focused on conducting fundamental research and generating investment ideas for companies in the healthcare, food and beverage, agriculture, and specialty chemicals industries in China. Ingrid has been recognized as a top-ranked analyst by Institutional Investor, Thomson Reuters, and FactSet.

Ingrid holds a B.S. in Biology from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Ingrid Yin's educational career began with a B.S. in Chemistry from Peking University. Ingrid followed this with a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Stony Brook University. Finally, they completed an MBA in Finance from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
