Jennifer J. Kent

Jennifer J. Kent has been a member of the board of directors since December 2020. She has served as the Executive Vice President of Administration, General Counsel and Secretary of Quad/Graphics, Inc. since June 2015 and previously served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary from December 2013 to June 2015 and as Assistant General Counsel from when she joined Quad in August 2010 until December 2013. Prior to joining Quad, Ms. Kent held various positions in the legal department at Harley-Davidson Motor Company. Ms. Kent received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Iowa and a Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School.
