Mel Adkinson

Mel Adkinson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2006, they worked as an Executive Search Consultant at Eagle Technology Group, where they managed a full desk and conducted executive searches for clients across various industries. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at GE Healthcare, and in 2009, they joined RF Technologies as the Manager of Corporate Recruiting, responsible for recruitment strategy and execution. In 2012, they joined Briggs & Stratton as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, HRIS, and HR Shared Services, before being promoted to the role of Director of HR Shared Services in 2019. Currently, Mel Adkinson is the Director of Human Resources at MEC (Mayville Engineering Company, Inc.).

Mel Adkinson studied Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, earning a BA degree.
