Reiny Kuechler

Reiny Kuechler is an experienced professional with a diverse background in archery and quality control. As Co-Owner of M&R Archery LLC since October 2018, Reiny plays a key role in providing high-quality archery products. Concurrently, Reiny has served as a Calibration Technician at Mayville Engineering Company since November 2008, overseeing a calibration system across five locations in Wisconsin. Previously, Reiny was part of the Pro Staff at Precision Shooting Equipment Inc. from January 2016 to March 2024, representing PSE products at various events and tournaments. Reiny also managed operations at Albertson’s Archery from June 2003 to October 2018 and held the position of Quality Supervisor at Slinger Manufacturing Co. from February 1984 to September 2008, where Reiny supervised quality technicians and developed quality documentation. Reiny's educational background includes studies at Moraine Park Technical College and Hartford Union High School.
