Alison Vickers

Alison Vickers is an accomplished Organisational Development Consultant and Coach with extensive experience in 1-1 and team coaching, as well as strategy development for Executive and Senior leadership teams. Currently leading Alison Vickers Consulting since March 2016, Alison Vickers also serves as an Associate for Mayvin and Associate Principal Consultant for Presence. Previously, Alison held significant roles including Trustee at Pegasus Theatre, Head of New Products and Markets for t-three consulting, Managing Director of Viral Change UK, and Director of Sohum Consulting in Thailand. With a background in coaching from OCM and IWNC, alongside a robust foundation in media strategy from Oxfam, Alison Vickers effectively combines leadership development and change management expertise with international and cross-cultural experience. Alison Vickers obtained a degree in French from Lancaster University.
