Bill Barr

Bill Barr has extensive experience in human capital management, having served as a Senior HR Advisor at USASOC from July 2011 to June 2015, where responsibilities included managing human resources for over 1,200 personnel. Barr progressed to a Senior HR Advisor and Director role overseeing 35,000 military and civilian personnel, supervising nine Senior Human Resources Managers across multiple locations. Additionally, Bill served as a First Sergeant with USSOCOM from November 2018 to October 2020, providing strategic human capital management for an 80,000-person command. Currently, Bill is a Senior Project Manager at Mayvin®. Bill holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Trident University International, completed in 2012, specializing in Business Administration and Management with an emphasis on Total Quality Management.
