Rob Schultz has over 19 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Rob started their career as an IT Auditor at PPG Industries, Inc., where they performed domestic and international audits in the areas of IT security, governance, program change and development, and computer operations. Rob also served as a Systems Analyst, specializing in Microsoft Content Management Server and SharePoint Portal Server.

Rob then worked as a Search Account Manager at IMPAQT, providing consulting services in Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Internet Marketing, web design, web development, and e-commerce. Rob managed large scale ad-spend across multiple clients and developed and executed account and campaign strategies.

After that, Rob joined EDMC as a Senior Interactive Director, where they held a leadership position and contributed to the development of interactive projects.

Rob then moved to Five Star Development as the Director of Production Services, where they directed and prioritized the workload of team members across multiple concentrations such as project management, web application development, multimedia development, instructional design, and infrastructure management. Rob also handled budgets, forecasted, and implemented management and operational changes.

Next, Rob worked at Bentley Systems as a Senior Technical Analyst, supporting upper-level management in developing a yearly plan and providing business benefits analysis and estimates. Rob identified gaps in existing processes and recommended projects for future roadmap initiatives.

Rob's next role was at Rivers Agile, where they served as the Director of Operations. Rob increased billable rates, reduced non-billable time, and aligned team members' skills with projects to control costs, increase profitability, and improve productivity. Rob also established organizational processes, policies, goals, and operational metrics, and actively pursued new business opportunities and managed existing clients.

Rob then joined UPMC Enterprises as a Senior Technical Program Manager, leading the Full Health lifestyle medicine program. Rob played a multi-faceted role in an early-stage startup focused on proactively treating healthcare patients through lifestyle medicine.

After that, Rob joined Aires as the Director of Product Management, where they centralized product management and business analysis into one team. Rob implemented a clear product development life cycle and prioritized the backlog into a manageable plan.

Currently, Rob is working at Mayvue Solutions as the Director of Operations. The company has been recognized as one of the best places to work and has achieved high rankings in various achievements.

Rob Schultz, PMP, received their Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Duquesne University, where they studied from 1999 to 2002. In 2010, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
