Amy Fleming

Amy Fleming is a seasoned executive with over 17 years of experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Mazda Canada Inc. since October 2006. In this role, Amy oversees regional operations and sales, focusing on sales planning, distribution, and dealer performance, while also acting as the Executive Champion for the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee. Previous positions include Director of Sales Operations, Regional Manager for Central Ontario, and National Manager of Parts and Service Marketing. Prior to joining Mazda, Amy held key roles at Saturn and General Motors Acceptance Corporation. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from St. Francis Xavier University and participation in the Duke of Edinburgh Commonwealth Study Conference in 2023.
