Alison Kniepkamp

Alison Kniepkamp, MSM-HRM, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Team Member Relations Specialist at Mazda Toyota Manufacturing since November 2024. Prior to this role, Alison held various positions at Integration Innovation, Inc. from May 2017 to November 2024, including Culture and Engagement Lead, Culture Specialist, and HR Coordinator. Previous experience includes working as an HR Assistant at Amsted Rail (May 2015 - May 2017), Staffing Consultant at Express Employment Professionals (August 2014 - April 2015), and Human Resources Student Intern at the University of Mississippi (August 2012 - May 2013). Alison began the professional journey as an HR/Marketing Intern at Code 3, Inc. in the summer of 2012. Alison earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from The University of Alabama in Huntsville between 2018 and 2021 and a BBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Mississippi - School of Business Administration from 2009 to 2013.
