Nazila Habibizad

Nazila Habibizad serves as the SVP of Technical Operations & Supply Chain at Maze Therapeutics since July 2023. Prior to this role, Nazila held significant leadership positions at Pfizer as Executive Vice President, where responsibilities included co-leading the Global Blood Therapeutics Integration Team. At Global Blood Therapeutics, from January 2016 to October 2022, Nazila rose to Executive Vice President of Operations, leading the commercial launch of pediatric Oxbryta® and overseeing all operations. Previous experience includes senior roles at Onyx Pharmaceuticals, where Nazila contributed to the integration with Amgen and led CMC Analytical efforts, and earlier positions at Proteolix and ALZA/Johnson & Johnson, focused on analytical development and compliance. Nazila holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley.
