Jennifer Parsons

Jennifer Parsons is a highly experienced Senior Nutritionist at Mazuri Exotic Animal Nutrition, where Jennifer has been employed since January 2018. Previously, Jennifer worked as a Nutritionist at the Denver Zoo from February 2015 to January 2018 and as an Associate Nutritionist at San Diego Zoo Global from September 2009 to February 2015. Jennifer holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Agricultural Sciences with a focus on Animal Nutrition from Mississippi State University, earned between 2005 and 2013. Additionally, Jennifer obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Zoology from Oklahoma State University from 1998 to 2001 and a Bachelor's degree in Animal Sciences from Colorado State University from 1992 to 1997.
