Richard Vile has over 40 years of experience in the waste and recycling management industry. Richard currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Mazza Recycling Services. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Horizon Disposal Services. Richard also established a professional group for networking and industry research called Waste & Recycling Management Industry Operations & Business Development Leaders. Richard has held various executive roles at Tunnel Hill Partners and Waste Management, where they were responsible for strategic direction, operations management, and business development. Richard began their career as the General Manager at Northeast Disposal, Inc. and Bristol Recycling, Inc., where they played a key role in obtaining the first commercial materials recovery facility (MRF) permit in Pennsylvania.
