Jéssica Ferreira is an experienced QA Analyst with a strong background in web and mobile application testing. Currently working at dr.consulta as a QA Analyst SR, Jéssica leads the design of QA processes, test planning, and execution of functional and automated tests using various tools such as Gherkin/BDD, Robot Framework, and Postman. Previously, Jéssica served as a QE Analyst at Accenture Brasil, where leadership in QA teams and testing for e-commerce applications in LATAM markets were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes software engineering roles at Ford, a QA Trainee position at Grupo FCamara, and foundational roles in administrative support. Jéssica holds degrees in Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas and Técnico em Administração, alongside comprehensive technical skills in scripting and agile methodologies.
