Charmaine Ramstein is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Regional Human Resources Manager at Mazzella Companies since May 2022, Charmaine has previously held the title of Senior Human Resources Manager at TBC Corporation from November 2002 to July 2022, where responsibilities included compliance and implementation of HR policies related to employee relations and training.
