Kayla Raco

Director, Catering Operations at Mazzone Hospitality

Kayla grew up in the Finger Lakes but moved to Saratoga her junior year of high school where she began working for Mazzone Hospitality. She bought into the industry "hook, line, and sinker." She was awarded the Angelo Mazzone Scholarship to Schenectady County Community College where she received an associate degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. She continues to be a champion of Mazzone with 12 years of experience under her belt.
