Rebecca Gaitan

Hospitality Manager at Mazzone Hospitality

Rebecca grew up in Rhinebeck, New York, and knew from a young age that she wanted a career in the hospitality industry. She attended Plattsburgh State University where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management. Rebecca started at the parent company, Compass Group, in 2008 as the Cafe Manager of Flik. She continued to grow within the organization and grew into positions as Catering Manager and then Catering Director. Rebecca then left New York City and moved to the Capital Region area where she joined the Mazzone team in 2021. As the Hospitality Manager, Rebecca plays a key role in the team's success by overseeing the staffing of the operation.
