Daniel Upton is the Head of European Distillate Trading at MB Energy, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as a Lead Distillates Trader at Eni Trade & Biofuels S.p.A. from 2023 to 2025 and worked as a Senior Distillates Trader at Eni Trading & Shipping from 2021 to 2023. Daniel began their career at Hamilton Court Capital as a Futures Trader in 2012 and held various trading roles at OMV Supply & Trading before transitioning to a focus on distillates. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry with First Class Honours from Durham University in 2010.
