Shantel Rodriguez

Shantel Rodriguez, RN, BSN, currently serves as Chief Nursing Officer and Regional Director of Infection Control and Prevention at MB Healthcare, roles held since December 2018. Prior to this, Shantel held the position of Director of Nursing Services at the same organization. Experience prior to MB Healthcare includes serving as Assistant Director of Nursing at Stratford Manor Rehabilitation & Care Center from January 2015 to December 2018, and working as Charge Nurse at Hudsonview Rehabilitation and Care Center from February 2009 to January 2015. Shantel is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Adult Health Nursing at Walden University, after completing education at Jersey College and UMDNJ.
