Juan Gonzalez has extensive experience in maintenance and operations management, currently serving as Plant Manager and previously as Assistant Manager at MBA Building Supplies since November 2021, overseeing the production of steel metal studs. Prior to that, Juan worked as a Maintenance Technician at Pro Services, Inc., and Voyant Beauty, as well as in a leadership role as Maintenance Lead at Advanced Technology Services, progressing from Maintenance Technician to Shift Lead. Juan's early career includes a Team Lead position at BorgWarner Inc. from July 2011 to November 2018.
