Carolina Simón

Carolina Simón is an experienced professional specializing in sales and operations planning, procurement, and logistics management. Currently serving as the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and procurement manager at MBA Surgical Empowerment since March 2015, Carolina leads the implementation of S&OP processes, manages global demand planning, and oversees logistics parameters for a vast number of SKUs. Previously, Carolina held various positions including demand planner and procurement technician at the same company, international fleet manager at Transastur, planning and logistics manager at Alas Aluminium, and team member at the Spanish Permanent Representation to the EU.
