Kate Richardson

Kate Richardson is a seasoned professional with a robust background in consulting and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at mbaMission since June 2014, Kate has successfully advised over 300 MBA applicants on school selection and application strategies. Prior to this role, Kate was a Principal at Lotis Blue Consulting from 2008 to 2014, where significant contributions were made to client projects across various sectors, partnering with executives to implement talent-focused strategies. Earlier experience includes roles at Pepco Energy Services and KPMG LLP, where expertise in HR management and global mobility was developed. Kate holds an MBA in Strategy and Economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
