Izabela Gawron

Izabela Gawron is an accomplished executive in the banking sector, currently serving as the Head of Payments for Corporate Banking at mBank S.A. since February 2021. Prior to this role, Izabela spent nearly two decades at ING Bank Slaski in various leadership positions, including Director of Cash Management Agile Centre, where significant transformations in product strategy and digital banking were implemented. Izabela has a strong background in optimizing cash management processes, enhancing user experience, and promoting e-banking solutions that cater to SMEs and MidCorp clients.
