MacIej Chmielewski

Maciej Chmielewski is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in credit risk assessment and management. Currently serving as Manager of the Corporate Risk Assessment Department at mBank S.A. since September 2011, responsibilities include supervising a team of Senior Credit Officers, making credit decisions, and monitoring the credit portfolio for medium and large corporate clients. Previously held positions at Raiffeisen Polbank as a Project Finance Expert and Restructuring Expert, and at BNP Paribas Fortis as Team Leader in the Credit Risk Assessment Department. Early career experience includes serving as a Credit Analyst at Bank DnB NORD Polska S.A. Chmielewski holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Warsaw and has also studied at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
