Sofia Mastrodomenico - MBA has a diverse work experience, with a focus on project management and scrum master roles. Sofia has been working at Mahisoft Inc since July 2015, where they currently hold the position of Senior Project Manager and Scrum Master. In this role, Sofia has successfully managed multiple development teams, collaborated with various stakeholders, and directed software developers and quality assurance professionals. Prior to their current role, Sofia held the same position at Mahisoft Inc from February 2017 to March 2020 and from November 2018 to May 2020. Before joining Mahisoft Inc, Sofia worked at Peoplehub as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst from November 2013 to August 2016 and at Inelectra as an Intern from August 2011 to December 2011.

Sofia Mastrodomenico holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Nova Southeastern University, which they obtained between 2016 and 2019. Their focus of study during the MBA program was Business Administration and Management, with a general concentration. Prior to pursuing their MBA, Sofia completed their undergraduate education at Universidad Metropolitana in Venezuela, where they earned a degree in Civil Engineering between 2006 and 2012. Recently, in 2018, Sofia also obtained certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management at Nova Southeastern University, expected to be completed in 2022.
