Mark M. Korf has extensive work experience in the field of Salesforce administration and management. Starting in 2003, they worked as an Enterprise Account Manager and Certified Salesforce Administrator at CenturyLink Business, where they developed relationships with IT management and created strategic IT roadmaps for technology deployments. Mark M. also served in the Washington National Guard Pre-mobilization and Training Team as a Training NCO and Digital Services NCO, responsible for managing and instructing pre-mobilization training.
In 2017, Mark joined Socrata as a Salesforce Administrator before transitioning to Tyler Technologies in 2018, where they continued their role as a Salesforce Administrator. Currently, Mark is working as a Senior Cloud Administrator at Millsapps, Ballinger & Associates (MB&A). Mark M. continues to apply their knowledge and skills in cloud administration to support the company's operations.

Mark M. Korf attended the University of Washington from 1999 to 2001, where they pursued a degree in Scandinavian Area Studies with a focus on Viking History and Warfare. In 2015, they enrolled in Trailhead by Salesforce for a program that awarded him 427 badges. These badges covered various areas such as Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Non-Profit Starter Pack, Marketing Cloud, and App Development. Additionally, Mark obtained several certifications from Salesforce, including Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Advanced Administrator. Mark M. also completed the Drucker School MBA Essentials for Salesforce program at the Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito Graduate School of Management in 2016. Before pursuing their education with Salesforce, Mark obtained certifications in fields unrelated to their current career, including being a Certified Beer Server by the Cicerone Certification Program in 2013 and achieving Hazardous Materials Awareness and Hazardous Materials Operations certifications from the National Fire Protection Association in 2011.
